THE PROJECT EXEC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Developing and managing the scope of work.

• Producing a statement of work.

• Defining the criteria of skills needed to service the account.

• Serves as an expert on client-specific guidelines and project requirements.

• Monitors the data-driven KPIs associated with the client account.

• Identifies project efficiencies.

• Checking the time of service expense and allocated capacity monitoring.

• Managing planning and implementation of scope and ongoing changes.

• Monitors project on time, in the budget, as specced.

ROLE ESSENTIALS

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver work within set deadlines.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience developing project plans to identify tasks, deliverables, milestones, and resourcing requirements.

• Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and coordinate work between different teams.

• Strong organisational skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in youth culture.

• Work with brands.

• Proven past record in delivering project outcomes that meet the defined success criteria.
